Mission, Vision, and Purpose

The State of You - Part 5 - Self-Development

The last part of my five part series goes over self-development.  It's never easy to look at yourself and say, I need to change or improve something about yourself.  There is always an opportunity to learn to gain perspective on things you do and want to do.  This requires being open and willing to put effort into focusing and finding material, taking classes, and just doing it.  I'll touch on the simplest way to approach this and what you need to consider.

The State of You - Part 4 - Business

My friends that know, know I enjoy thoroughly pursuing my passions and what I do.  It's simply what I was called to do and love because it follows my life mission.  I recommend you to try doing the same.  I'm excited as we go over the basics on this as the next video will cover, self-development which I've been focused on heavily for the last now going on four years.  Enjoy and please do not hesitate to reach out and ask questions.

The State of You - Part 3 - Mental

The State of You - Part 2 - Physical

Okay, here's part 2 which deals with the physical side of you.  I actually had a really hard time putting this one together yesterday, so I opted to delay a day to give myself some time to think more about why.  I realized that for the last 12 years, I couldn't get the physical right due to the issues with my back.  

Every day, I've had to wake up and mentally overcome the chronic pain I have at all levels from 1 to 9 on a 10 point scale.  That realization in reality sucks, but have I continued to live is the question?  And guess what?  I have lived my life more fully after the surgery even with the pain.  It has prompted me to do more and not wait to live.  So it has been a great thing.  It also gives me a limitation I need because I don't know how to take breaks and rest.  This forces me to do that.

The State of You - Part 1 - Personal

Today begins the first part of a five part series discussing the state of you.  Getting personal is probably the most difficult thing you can do because you are looking in the mirror and really need to be honest and admit your challenges and where you need to work on things.  It is not easy and when others tell you things, this is why it gets "personal" at that point.  Because it is a jab or push on you to change or realize you may not be able to change and then you have to figure out what that means.  I went through quite a few areas in the video.  Again, I''m recommending that you take notes so you can refer back to them or keep re-watching the videos.  I hope you find yourself automatically going into self-reflection and self-evaluation mode, as that is the purpose behind these videos.

The State of You

If you want to understand how you can work with energy, you need to understand somethings about yourself.  This requires digging deep and asking yourself some questions.  I'll be introducing the areas for consideration.  This will be a five part series covering "The State of You" - which includes personal, physical, mental, business/work, and self development.  If you haven't already started to take notes, now might be a good time to get a notebook and start doing your own personal self-development work.  There is never a perfect time to start, so I recommend, just doing it.  If you need encouragement, that's why I'm doing this.  I have a perpetual well of positivity and encouragement, it is part of my calling and life mission.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to email or to leave comments and I will respond.
