The State of You - Part 3 - Mental

The State of You - Part 2 - Physical

Okay, here's part 2 which deals with the physical side of you.  I actually had a really hard time putting this one together yesterday, so I opted to delay a day to give myself some time to think more about why.  I realized that for the last 12 years, I couldn't get the physical right due to the issues with my back.  

Every day, I've had to wake up and mentally overcome the chronic pain I have at all levels from 1 to 9 on a 10 point scale.  That realization in reality sucks, but have I continued to live is the question?  And guess what?  I have lived my life more fully after the surgery even with the pain.  It has prompted me to do more and not wait to live.  So it has been a great thing.  It also gives me a limitation I need because I don't know how to take breaks and rest.  This forces me to do that.

The State of You - Part 1 - Personal

Today begins the first part of a five part series discussing the state of you.  Getting personal is probably the most difficult thing you can do because you are looking in the mirror and really need to be honest and admit your challenges and where you need to work on things.  It is not easy and when others tell you things, this is why it gets "personal" at that point.  Because it is a jab or push on you to change or realize you may not be able to change and then you have to figure out what that means.  I went through quite a few areas in the video.  Again, I''m recommending that you take notes so you can refer back to them or keep re-watching the videos.  I hope you find yourself automatically going into self-reflection and self-evaluation mode, as that is the purpose behind these videos.

The State of You

If you want to understand how you can work with energy, you need to understand somethings about yourself.  This requires digging deep and asking yourself some questions.  I'll be introducing the areas for consideration.  This will be a five part series covering "The State of You" - which includes personal, physical, mental, business/work, and self development.  If you haven't already started to take notes, now might be a good time to get a notebook and start doing your own personal self-development work.  There is never a perfect time to start, so I recommend, just doing it.  If you need encouragement, that's why I'm doing this.  I have a perpetual well of positivity and encouragement, it is part of my calling and life mission.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to email or to leave comments and I will respond.

Energy Awareness

Okay, when I started this, I was under the belief that it would be only weekly video postings and now I've decided its going to be daily posts as my schedule permits.  I feel called to do this and share with you information and perspectives that you may find valuable.  Today, I cover in the video about energy awareness.  Becoming familiar with your reactions and how you respond to the world around you is the beginning.

Energy Work and Planning

Second video as promised was done today.  I touch on the subject of being an energy worker and manifestation as well as making things happen.  I realize these are very vanilla and generic still, however, I will be infusing them with color as I get more into storytelling.  For now, these are the baby steps to walking and then we will move to climbing.  Everything is a process and takes time.  I will be here to encourage you along the way.  So take a moment to watch the video and learn more.  Here's to the rest of 2016 and beyond!!

Eva Louis' World

2016 for me has already been a year of new beginnings.  This blog is another new journey.  After a challenge I completed last week, I was inspired to start this.  I'll be sharing about my life journey and as well as my learnings.  In addition, I will also have review and entertainment video blogs  talking about events, highlighting individuals and more.  The goal here is to share through video or written posting.  I hope you will view, read or listen.  Any topics you would like me to talk about, please reach out to me and send an email with the topic and I will do a video about it and how it relates to me, others, or maybe how it doesn't relate.  This is a new adventure.  So I hope you enjoy or at least learn something from what I share.  Here's to the rest of 2016 and beyond!!
